Tier 3 Support

Polaris ABA LLC’s Tier 3 Support Program provides intensive, school-based behavioral intervention services for students demonstrating significant challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, noncompliance, and property destruction. Our Tier 3 Paraprofessionals work one-on-one with students to promote safety, engagement, and skill development through proactive behavioral supports. Each team is supervised by a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavioral Consultant who provides on-site training, modeling, and oversight multiple days each week. Services include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), analyzing behavioral data, and collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families. Polaris maintains small, highly supported teams to ensure consistent implementation, staff development, and individualized student success.

Systemic Behavioral Consultation

Polaris ABA LLC offers part-time Behavioral Consultant services designed to support schools in developing effective, proactive behavioral systems that strengthen school climate and student success. Our experienced consultants bring expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, PBIS, restorative justice, and school-based behavioral supports. Consultants meet regularly with administrative teams to help design, refine, and implement grade-level and school-wide behavioral frameworks tailored to each school’s needs. Services also include modeling strategies, supporting implementation, and providing comprehensive teacher development focused on our Competing Responses Framework for classroom use. Through collaboration, coaching, and practical support, Polaris helps schools build sustainable systems that promote positive behavior, engagement, accountability, and inclusive learning environments.
